Tasks :

  • Provide exceptional customer service via all platforms (phone, email, social media);
  • Collaboration with various professionals to ensure customer satisfaction, while respecting our corporate values ​​and ethical standards;
  • Perform customer service clerk duties;
  • Collaborate in the drafting of service offers;
  • Provide accurate information using the appropriate tools;
  • Perform administrative tasks and other requests related to the success of the business;
  • Perform all other customer service related duties as assigned by management.
