Qualifications and Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Notarial Law (Maîtrise en droit notarial) and member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec;
- 2 to 5 years of experience in notarial law, particularly in real estate;
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written;
- Knowledge of Para-Maître and JurisConcept (an asset).
